Quality Control Analyst / Customer Service
Accounting Principals:
Quality Control Analyst - Loan Processing / Lending Quality Control Analyst Job Purpose:
The QC Analyst will be responsible for working with customers, as well as, reviewing all customer contracts, pre-qualifying customer loans and completing all data entry of loan information for processing.

Responsibilities:
o Review customer information, contracts and ensure completeness, accuracy for quality control purposeso Complete data entry of loan information into computer systemo Pre-qualify customers and provide high level of customer service to answer questions and resolve any issues / concerns
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task; high attention to detailStrong written and oral communication skills; solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)Strong customer service experience along with a helpful and friendly attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
