Social Worker (MSW)
Seeking Medical Social Worker! Home Health Department Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area Floyd Memorial Hospital In this role, you will provide medical social services in accordance with agency policies, in a community setting, utilizing industry standards for medical social services practice.
Social work services are provided under the patient's plan of care by a qualified social worker.

16 hours per week Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance! Qualifications :
Medical Social Worker with current Indiana license or proof of application Master's Degree in Social Work Minimum one-year medical social work experience Working knowledge of current Medical Social Worker standards of practice required We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
