Custodial Worker
BSC America seeks a Custodial Worker. Responsibilities include support of multiple facilities in the Bel Air area. If you are a detail-oriented person who takes pride in what you do and can work in a fast-paced ever changing environment, we would like to hear from you. Duties and requirements include:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Gather and empty trash.
Wash interior and exterior windows.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
Prior Carpet Cleaning, Floor stripping & waxing experience.
Prior experience in the Custodial field.
A valid Driver's License
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
