This company is looking for a Studio Operations Associate with interest in working in a micro studio environment. The Studio Operations Associate contributes to the efficient flow of moving large volumes of products between the fulfillment center and Micro Studio. This role will partner with the Micro Studio and FC management team to identify efficiencies in workflow and communicates with others to improve processes.
Expectations:
o Proven ability to work successfully without direct supervision
o Self driven and able to easily communicate ideas and collaborate in a team environment.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PC computing platforms, Share Point experience a plus.
o Excellent written and oral communication
o Can excel and thrive in a photo studio environment that handles high volume
o Willingness to cross train throughout all roles within the Micro Studio and work flexible areas
o A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Responsibilities will include:
o Consistently monitors the flow of product between the FC and the studio
o Follows studio guidelines to prep product for imaging, adhering to high standards of maintaining product packaging integrity
o Identifies issues with products flowing in and out of the studio and seeks solutions
o Continuously seeks improvements to workflow processes while maintaining current service level agreements
o Assisting the studio as an associate resource and verifying SOP/5S compliance.
o Upholding operational workflow procedures with close attention to detail.
o Research products for duplicate images and or process damaged merchandise.
o Maintain integrity of product in both prepping and re packaging.
o Achieve deadlines for studio with a sense of urgency.
o Receive products using radio frequency scanners.
o Become proficient in photo studio software tools
o Supports inventory management including work supplies and possible sample product.
o Responsible for reports that track daily production and metrics.
o Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area.
Basic
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent
o Basic English proficiency
o Experience using computer software programs
o Able to stand and/or walk during shifts between 8 to 12 hours long.
o Able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and/or stretch during shifts between 8 to 12 hours long
o Able to lift and move up to 49lbs.
o Able to engage in full dexterity with both hands and wrists

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
