Director of Wellness (Nursing) - ASSISTED LIVING/PERSONAL CARE
Juniper Village at Meadville In located in Sharon PA is seeking a dynamic nurse leader for the role of Director of Wellness to manage all clinical services and care standards/outcomes. This leader reports to the Executive Director of the community and manages a staff of approximately 25 care staff.
Responsible for:
Primary care documentation
Coordination of medical services
Interface with care partners and referral sources
Staff hiring, assignments, training, evaluation and scheduling
Must have:
Licensed PA Nurse (RN or LPN)
3-5 yrs progressive nursing experience with leadership assignments
passion for senior care
computer literacy
experience with electronic medical health records
Competitive Salary (45-60k) depending upon experience and benefit package including educational training. EOE
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
