Technical Support Engineer
Devonshire Recruiting and Consulting Partners is looking for an entry level technology professional with an interest in customer support and web development. This is a customer-centric support role working with our client's SaaS enterprise software and global clientele. You must be able to interface with clients over the phone and maintain a high-level of integrity while troubleshooting technical issues remotely. Documenting and tracking tickets are keys to success at this company.
We're open to backgrounds with a formal CIS, CS education as well as a variety other qualifications, degrees and past successes.
