Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Worker
Summary: The Golf Course Maintenance Staff is responsible for the safe, proper and efficient operation of varied equipment. Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, the main objectives are to maintain and present the golf course with emphasis on detail, playability and environmental responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain daily logs.
Daily safety checks.
Properly maintain all operational aspects of the golf course.
Operate the assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
Shoveling/digging
Raking.
Trimming, edging, mowing.
Maintaining a clean, safe environment on the golf course, maintenance facilities and outside surrounding areas.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work independently.
Be reliable and dependable.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Good customer service.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
