Summary:
Under the direction of Senior Program Director, the Director of Youth Development will be responsible for overseeing the development and operations of our Coatesville Community Day Camp, Believe & Achieve (After School) and Early Learning Readiness (Kindergarten Preparation) programs. Director will be responsible for administering evaluation/assessment tools to measure impact of the programs and to provide feedback for program development and improvements. This exempt position will supervise part-time staff, and volunteers. Candidates should have previous experience with and knowledge of working with diverse populations, and must have proven skills in staff leadership and supervision, youth development, budget management, and relationship building. Other qualifications include strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication.
Starting salary range is $33,000 - $35,000.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Four year college degree required in Education, Recreational Management, Social Services, or related field. Must be fluent in spoken and written English, and Spanish. Current PA teaching certificate and two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
