We are currently seeking a per diem Registered Nurse in our Adult Day Health program.
The RN monitors participant's health status and is responsible to complete quarterly health status reports and participant care plan. Other duties included but not limited to providing case management services, supervising all other services involving health issues of the participants, and assist the Program Leader with the implementation of policies and procedures.
The ideal applicant must be licensed by the Board of Registration to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in good standing. Must have at least two (2) years recent experience in the direct care of the elderly or chronicallyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
