Responsible for design, development, testing, and refinement of components and sub-systems in electrical engineering. Processes to be worked on include: Apply broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures within electrical design in the completion of difficult assignments. Demonstrate leadership qualities and may serve as technical lead advisor to lower level personnel. Conduct standard and non-standard tasks, under close supervision and guidance of more experienced staff. Keep supervisor informed regularly on status of work. Development follows Invent It, Make It, and Sell It procedures. Position offers telecommuting benefit after satisfactory period of in-house performance.
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related and four (4) years of experience in job offered or in a related position. In lieu of Bachelors degree and 4 years will accept Masters degree plus two (2) years of experience.
