LEAD REVIEW ANALYST I
(DIVISION: SALES OPERATIONS)
DESCRIPTION:
The Lead Review Analyst I will assist the Call Center Director and Lead Review Analyst II with the day to day operational activities and reporting in the Sales and Customer Service Call Center.
COMPENSATION (NEGOTIABLE) TO INCLUDE BASE PLUS INCENTIVE
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in business, economics or a related field preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2-5 years related experience required
Expert organizational, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in diverse teams and project environments
Proficient self-starter with expert organizational skills and time management
MS SQL and IVR experience preferred; intermediate to expert level Excel experience required with intermediate MS Word, MS PowerPoint application experienced preferred.
JOB RELATED DUTIES: The Lead Review Analyst I position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Running reports, validating data, and tracking performance via internal and external supported software and call center systems
2. Special reporting as directed, requested, and/or assigned
3. Back up administrator for the Noble software system with responsibility for supporting reporting and presentation of dialer statics during daily meetings
4. Assisting with marketing reports from various external sales lead sources to include bringing forward and discussing any applicable trends
5. Assist IT with end user support issues relative to system issues and internal program support
6. Assisting in tracking sales and customer service team member attendance via the internal departmental reporting protocol
7. Formulate recommendations based upon reporting analysis , data and input from departmental management
8. Leading daily meetings and discussions with a sense of confidentiality and professionalism
9. Other duties and tasks as assigned
