EagleRider, the world leader in motorcycle rental and tours, has an immediate opening for an experienced General Manager. The general manager ensures the profitability by renting motorcycles, controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties of the general manager include planning, motivating and coordinating the dealership's management through leadership and solid business practices. As with all positions, general managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and honesty. Prior motorcycle and rental company experience is highly preferred.



The General Manager is responsible for leading and directing dealership operations and staff to achieve volume, revenue, income, and budget goals. They are accountable for the financial health of the business and every aspect within. They must be experienced and proficient in managing multiple profit centers - Service, Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Sales, and Finance - building and developing these departments to achieve excellence. A good GM thinks and behaves like an owner; with no job too big or too small, leading and guiding through example.

-Experience as OEM General Manager in Motorcycle, Automotive, Marine, or related industry
-Experience managing and operating an OEM Service Department in related industry
-Retail and Marketing expertise: Advanced knowledge of retail sales, marketing, and operations
-Track record for meeting goals within established guidelines
-Leadership skills: Able to hire, train, develop, and lead others to success
-Computer proficiency, communication expertise
-Ability and experience managing divisional P&L among multiple profit centers
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
