In 1992, EagleRider Pioneered the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Rental concept and the guided Motorcycle tour business. Today, we are the world's largest motorcycle tourism company specializing in rentals of motorcycles, ATVs, Dirt bikes and Scooters.
EagleRider understands the needs of motorcycle enthusiasts and adventure travelers; we offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained Harley, Honda and BMW motorcycles and allow one-way rentals or guided tours between franchise rental facilities located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world.
The Motorcycle Travel Group at Eaglerider Motorcycles is in search of a Manager of Motorcycle Travel Services to lead the team. This person will be handling the Tours Division and will be responsible for selling travel products and tour packages (airfare, hotels, attractions, rentals cars, show tickets and more).
Responsibilities:
Build an attentive and warm relationship with Eaglerider travelers
Learn and reference Eaglerider product lineup to create custom travel packages
Commit to the whole travel lifecycle by being responsive and following up every step of the way, including after their trip
Contracting with Hotels in the assigned region
Establish and maintain relationships with Hotels
Building PR with hotels for better rates
What are we looking for?
Experience closing a sale independently
Experience working in a professional and performance driven environment
Ability to work in a structured call center environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven sales and marketing abilities
Organizational and planning skills
Customer service skills
Financial management skills
Research skills
Travel agency owner or management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Time and risk management skills an asset
Second language an asset
