Tech Support Intern
to provide fast support for users during our live, online events. An ideal candidate is someone who is:
A people person.
You are comfortable communicating with others over phone and email.
Technically oriented.
You can quickly learn our products, understand the issues users are facing, and help resolve them.
Professional.
You'll be communicating with our customer's users, so it's important to be professional and provide a great support experience.
An independent self-starter.
You'll primarily be working on your own so the ability to carry out tasks independently is crucial.
This position will primarily work in our office, located directly next to the Courthouse Metro in Arlington, VA.
Workload is estimated to be around 10-20 hours per week, but will vary based on product use and number of available support representatives. Hours will primarily be in afternoon and evening, with occasional requests for mornings or late nights.
