Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all engineering changes are executed efficiently in the Camden plant to:
Achieve the goals set out in the Project Charter for each Project re: quality, timing, cost & delivery
Enable achievement of the financial targets of the company in revenue growth, margin improvement, and efficient use of capital.
Support the company's vision and goals
Ensure company meets all customer requirements so that customers will have a genuinely enjoyable experience working with company on all projects and will continue to choose company for their future business needs.
Eliminate milestone delays and rework cycles in the change implementation process. This position must ensure that ALL assigned projects achieve the targeted scope within the allotted time and budgetary constraints.
The successful candidate must be able to:
Provide transparent overview tracking of specific engineering changes and their status to the North American organization.
Support cross functional team in new product development by leading the Industrialization efforts through the PDP process.
Manage several complex projects simultaneously while providing clear direction to supporting resources and quick escalation to stakeholders.
Develop and track detailed time lines for complex engineering changes.
Work cross functionally to coordinate North American resources to complete change specific tasks.
Lead cross functional teams to resolve encountered issues to engineering change implementations.
Support production process continuous improvement after change implementation working with process engineers, production personnel, and other cross functional team members.
Continually develop and optimize the engineering change management process, ensuring the process is developed to maximize the usefulness of the process, with minimal effort and continued compliance with TS and APQP standards while working with local and international team members
Work comfortably cross-functionally and up, down, and across the organization
Make and execute difficult decisions based on the best data available at the time with appropriate escalation
Work closely with Applications engineering, process engineering, and quality to ensure successful rework free change implementations.
Gain a working knowledge of highly engineered fluid management components and systems
The following qualifications are required:
3-5
years in Project Management with demonstrable track record of success
Engineering degree a relatable field
The following qualifications are preferred:
Mechanical engineering degree
PMP certification
Experience with APQP and Automotive Advanced Product Development processes
German language skills
Experience building a successful Project Management system
Problem-solver with strong customer/executive relationship management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as being adept at enhancing team success through leadership and active participation in teams
Self-starter with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
