Customer Service Representative
Workbox Staffing in Muskegon is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our new Whitehall location. Will be working 20-30 hours/week.
Job
Summary: Will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, interviewing, and placing candidates in jobs located in the Whitehall and surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
o Answering a multi-line phone system & transferring phone calls as necessary
o Greeting employees, interviewing, and placing candidates as specific job sites
o Administering employee testing
o Answering employees' questions both on the phone and in person
o Calling applicants to get fully registered with our services
o Organizing employees onboarding paperwork, interview paperwork, and payroll information
o Calling for client specific jobs as assigned
Skills/
Qualifications:
o Previous receptionist experience or outgoing personality is a must
o Strong attention to detail is required
o Ability to multi-task in a fast paced setting
o Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o GED or HS Diploma required
o Bilingual is preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
