Job Description:
The Director of Children's Residential Services (DCRS) manages the day to day operations of the residential programs for 21 students in our children's school. The DCRS is responsible for the direct supervision of 3 Program Coordinators and three Assistant Coordinators, and reports directly to the Director of Children's Services. Amego's four children's residential locations are currently in North Attleboro, Attleboro, Plainville, and Norton, MA.
Requirements:
Experience supervising staff and familiarity with the IEP process, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required. Must also have experience working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Masters in Education (or related field), as well as BCBA, BCABA preferred. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and multiple years experience working and supervising staff in a program serving children with autism and other disabilities will be considered.
Position:
Full Time, 40 Hours; 50% of hours are during residential hours; minimum of one weekend day per month required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
