Production Intern

Our Escondido, CA location is currently accepting resumes for a Production Intern to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This position will be full time and is ideal for a recent Construction Management graduate or recent graduate in other programs looking to get construction experience. This position has great potential to turn into a full-time, regular position.

Responsibilities will include assisting with Superintendent duties including but not limited to:

Scheduling and dispatching crews
Creating purchase orders
Inventory control
Review job files
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

Qualified applicants will have a recent degree in Construction Management (or be close to graduation) with a strong desire to learn and gain experience. We also accept resumes from graduates in other programs with an interest in construction. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to operate a personal computer and other various standard office machines and equipment necessary to complete duties.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
