Title: Quality - Finished Goods Inspector
Employment Status: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: 3:45pm -12:15am M-F
Shift: 2nd

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform quality support testing on production lines through quality surveillance checks, challenge of defect detectors, and audits.
Troubleshoot quality related issues with components and finished goods.
Coaching of operators and temporary employees regarding relevant quality topics.
Understands and is knowledgeable in test methods (Quality manual, control methods, internal work instructions and forms, etc.).
Documentation and communication of non-conformances to Laboratory Management, Production Supervisors/Leads, Operators, and Logistics.
Perform administrative duties, including timely completion and filing of required paperwork, entry of results and decisions on appropriate IT systems.
Maintain work area to high housekeeping standards respect chemical hygiene guidelines.
Carrying out all duties in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices.
Fully Supports an interdependent safety culture and works proactively to accomplish the safety mission.
Supports and embraces the Quality and Environmental missions of the Plant.
Knows and understands Cosmax policies & guidelines and enforces them.
Ensuring good documentation practices are followed to ensure traceability.
Work directly with Production to understand and report component quality issues. Work with Lab Management, Quality Assurance Team for their resolution.
Work with Production to define, validate, and optimize packaging line Quality Instructions.
Performs all other duties as assigned according to skills and abilities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
