Maintenance Technician

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

Responsible for all facets of routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on mechanical and electrical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance procedures on equipment plastic injection molding, CNC machines and fixtures on a scheduled basis. Carry out emergency repairs. Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems.
Completes Level II preventive maintenance checklists on all equipment and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
Must be computer literate, must be familiar with controls and must be able to monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems. Must have automotive manufacturing experience. Work in a team environment. May have to obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
The following experience is required for the job:

Able to read and interpret blue prints
Able to work on Laths, Mills and Drill Press
Experience with logic controllers, Siemens S7 & Phoenix Contact
Experience in trouble shooting methodologies
Keep and maintain spare parts inventory sufficient at all times.
Knowledge and skills requirements:

Education:
GED/High School Diploma
Work
Experience:
1-3 years manufacturing
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, Computer Skills, Quality Awareness, Manufacturing Experience 1 year, basic mechanical comprehension, basic comprehension of controls and sensors
Essential Mental Functions:

Good Hand/Eye coordination, Communication Skills, Basic Mathematical Skills
Essential Physical Functions:

Ability to lift up to 30lbs Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
