Maintenance Supervisor
oSupervising the maintenance personnel;
oProviding support to production areas;
oCreating work orders and PMs;
oInstalling new equipment, troubleshooting problems with equipment, and resolving operating problems;
oKeeping accurate and up-to-date records;
oEnforcing company policies and ensuring safety policies are followed;
oEncouraging suggestions from employees regarding production improvements, quality, and safety and/or production costs.
EDUCATION: 2-year degree or Technical certificate required; Mechanics, Electronics, or related disciplines preferred.
Experience:

years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience;
oSupervisory experience with a fair and consistent manner regarding all personnel;
oKnowledge of basic mechanics, welding, electrical, fabrication, preventative maintenance, plant operations, and government safety regulations;
oRecognizes problem situations and takes appropriate steps to resolve;
oStrong interpersonal and communication skills;
oFamiliar with computerized maintenance management systems, or able to easily learn them.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
