We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience in purchasing/procurement. (preferred a background in railcar parts)
Have a solid knowledge and skill in using a PC and computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing.
Have experience with inventory control
Ability to communicate with vendors, customers, co-workers, shop workers, and business contacts in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities and duties simultaneously.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to make independent judgments within scope of responsibility.
Have a stable work history
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
