Full time position for a Motivated Fun Loving, Organized person
2-3 years kitchen management experience
Able to work +50 hours week in a fast pace, high volume, full service restaurant
Position will require the ability to:
Create daily specials
Menu development for in-house and catering
Control food & beverage cost and labor costs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
