Job Title: DENTAL RECEPTIONIST NEEDED

Fast-paced, expanding family dental practice in modern, spacious, and comfortable facility seeks full-time, experienced Dental Receptionist to join our exceptional team. Must be organized, efficient, and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills. Receptionist responsibilities include: greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, treatment planning, verifying insurance eligibility, explaining insurance coverage/co-payments, and checking out patients. Knowledge of Dentrix strongly preferred. Experience with pre-authorizations a plus. Dental Assisting experience / RDA certification a double-plus. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:30 - 5:00 as well as 1 Sunday a month 11:00 - 4:00. If you like the dental field but also like to have a life, this schedule is for you!
