Registered Nurse RN/ Assistant Director

Whitney Place at Northbridge seeks Registered Nurse RN/ Assistant Director to join our growing team.

Our Adult Day Health Centers provide an inspired day program combining healthcare and social support for seniors living at home; door-to-door transportation to and from the Center is available. Clients enjoy hot, nutritious meals, recreation, personal care and assisted showers. Other professional services can be arranged, including rehabilitation therapies, nursing care, podiatry, mental health counseling and social services.
Responsibilities
o Complete initial assessment, write initial care plan, and continuously review/develop care plan
o Assist with patient care and other nursing programs
o Maintain nursing notes and create quarterly review, or delegate this task to an LPN
o Supervise other health care staff members, ensuring appropriate compliance training and education
o Managerial tasks as needed, i.e.:
payroll, scheduling, etc.
Requirements
o Current Massachusetts RN License
o Two years of experience in the direct care of elderly or chronically disabled persons
o A valid Massachusetts driver's license
o Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
