Marketing Coordinator for Dept of Defense Manufacturer -Flexible PT
Mobile Concepts Specialty Vehicles engineers, designs, and manufacturers task-specific vehicles for various industries. Due to our growth, we are in need of an individual to join our team which is located 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, PA and about 8 miles from New Stanton exit of the PA Turnpike.
Essential functions include:
Responsible for Proposal Writing as it pertains to RFI's and RFQ's
Update/support various social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter)
Manage WordPress web site including uploading new photos, content, and design input
Create new micro-websites off of Company-owned domain names
Update/support various social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, Twitter)
Design graphics for all print and web content using Adobe Design (Illustrator and Photoshop)
Coordinate and write content for E-Newsletters
Excellent Phone Skills
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with proposal writing specifically pertaining to RFI's and RFQ's
Experience with WordPress Website and other CMS including some experience with Google Analytics.
Knowledge with Adobe Design software specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
Graphic design skill with creating e-newsletter, print ads, and web content
Specific knowledge of and practical experience both using and administering key social media tools (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite
Proven success in online social-network marketing, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and online advertising campaigns
Proven success writing in a consistent voice in alignment with corporate strategy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Some knowledge of HTML/CSS would be preferred
Ability to maintain flexible attitude and value team member contributions
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience and/or Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
