Our brand new location is seeking individuals with restaurant, customer service, and hospitality experience. We specialize in relationship building with our clientele through face-to-face interaction. The majority of our employees have had experience in these backgrounds which helped kick start their careers with us.
Customer Service Account Executive's Daily Function: Build relationships with customers as well as provide product knowledge at promotional events and meetings throughout Metro Detroit.
Customer Service Account Executive's Roles:
First and foremost, create a lasting relationship with our clientele.
Troubleshoot current situations and provide solutions by providing product knowledge that the client can understand.
Utilize knowledge based upon client meetings and relay possible solutions to coworkers in a team oriented atmosphere.
Opportunity For Advancement:
Grow with notable Fortune 100 & 500 Companies, including non-profits.
Management opportunities: Our Company is looking to expand to 6-8 locations by the end of 2015.
National and International travel is available.
