We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our Sanford team. If you are a motivated and self-directed staffing/recruiting professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and the desire to learn and grow with a great local team, then we would love to talk to you!
Duties will include:
Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified production candidates
Filling open orders in an effective and timely manner
Top-notch customer service to candidates, field employees, and our client
Orienting and helping to onboard the field employee workforce
Other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
At least one year of related staffing and recruiting experience
Solid customer service background and a flexible can do! attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and self-direct
Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems as needed
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
