Full Time Retail Sales Trainer - Interviewing this week!
In this full time - salaried position the in -store train the trainer program, Retail Sales Training reps will teach value/benefits of a variety of flooring products, including Mohawk and 8 other merchants, to individuals and groups. Retail Sales Trainers will spread the Mohawk brand and make a significant impact on sales by effectively training store associates and by educating customers. This is a territorial sales/ trainer position.
Trainings:
Reps will be flown out for 4-day training depending on the wave in which they are hired.
January 12 (Fly Date)
Ideal Candidate:
Good aesthetic sense (can put colors together well)
Strong training experience (hands-on training) - 50%
Some sales background a plus (educating customers) - 50%
Personal DIY home improvement experience
Territorial experience is highly desired
Schedule:
Retail Sales Trainers: Tuesday-Saturday; 10am-6pm (Flexible)
Pay/requirements:

performance bonuses (quarterly)
background and drug screen
Flat rate for mileage, 0.32c/mile , .54c/mile in CA
