Logistics Support Specialist
Another Source's client, Absolute Board Co., is recruiting a Logistics Support Specialist to join their Oceanside, CA office. Here's a little about Absolute Board Co. and the position they are seeking to fill: Absolute Board Co. proudly owns and distributes some of the most reputable brands in the surf, skate, lifestyle and fashion channels. We are currently seeking a hard working, positive and dedicated team player to provide logistics support for our customers worldwide. The Logistics Support Specialist will buttist with our inventory and warehouse operations. This position provides a great opportunity for growth as it will interface with all areas of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Create and route Advanced Shipping Notices
Maintain vendor compliance
Create item, carton, and shipping labels for production and shipping
Maintain data entry in Accounting Software for transfers, buttemblies and receipts
Process freight and international shipping documents
Process charges on credit cards
Reconcile credit card charges to appropriate statements
buttist customers with invoice issues
Update Accounts Receivable notes and account contact information in Accounting Software
Follow up on account collections on past due invoices
Update Revenue Account, refund, and credits in interface log
Order bar code labels
buttist with clerical and office needs
Qualifications:
2-5 years customer service/administrative experience required. Wholesale environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in the use of software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
Strong listening and communications skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
Team player with an excellent customer service record and a proactive attitude.
Highly organized, detail oriented with ability to work well with moderate direction.
Ability to multi-task and to work under the pressure of deadlines.
Ability to make sound decisions with moderate supervision.
