Staffing Coordinator
Growing Staffing Company in the Shakopee area is looking for a Client Service Representative
Must have 2
years experience with interviewing, recruiting and/or customer service delivery
Primary Duties:
Recruit potential candidates for clerical/administrative and light industrial positions
Interview candidates for possible submission to client company
Perform background checks, references and complete paper work
Work extremely well with Client Companies
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Bachelors Degree or AA degree preferred or equivalent experience

years experience hiring/recruiting
2
years of outside sales experience preferred
Good communication Skills
Outgoing and professional demeanor
Hours 8 am - 5 pm
Salary DOQEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
