The Marketing/Inside Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating and running off-site promotional events (trade shows, home shows, etc,) while maintaining a set budget. After leads are generated, this Marketing/Inside Sales Manager will make outbound calls to all leads in order to secure in-home estimate appointments for the sales staff. Receive inbound calls from customers and make outbound calls to follow-up with leads that came from television, direct mail, yellow pages, or home shows. Coordinate off-site events (set up and tear down of show booth materials, maintain mall displays, rent space, and negotiate contracts). Assist with marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments. Follow-up with customers on sales appointments and assist with referral program. Hire, train, manage, and retain brand ambassadors to work on the events.
Requirements
Experience managing department/small division budgets while controlling spend, manage all home shows, trade shows and other events, manage staff. Experience with inbound and outbound calling, client servicing, and following up with customers. Demonstrated performance in a high volume appointment scheduling and inside sales experience. Detail oriented with good follow through on tasks. An entrepreneurial passion for sales, management and running own business. Provide references that verify proven successful leadership record of accomplishment of exceeding goals. Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
