Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (depending on skills, work history and experience)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-reliant and experienced IT professional. The IT manager will be fully in charge of designing, organizing, modifying and supporting computer systems throughout the organization, including but not limited to office and field location networks, servers, computers, registers, printers and telephone systems.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and local intranet systems
Ensure Backup routines are in place and monitored for disaster recovery
Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together
Work with internal and external personnel to ensure integration of all systems
Provide various reports as needed out of inventory control systems
Troubleshoot problems reported by users in a timely manner to support business needs
Make recommendations for future upgrades to ensure efficient operation of network systems
Maintain and monitor networks and system security throughout organization
Maintenance of company managed websites as needed
Maintain POS Systems
Perform maintenance/replacement on credit card machines as needed
Maintenance of all internet and WiFi connections across all locations
Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems
Local travel minimal
Skills & Requirements:
Must be willing to relocate for this opportunity
5
years' experience in IT support
Windows Server setup, maintenance and security
VOIP Phone system setup and maintenance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience with POS Systems is a plus
Corporate Restaurant/Franchise IT management a big plus
