Quality Assurance Assistant
Position
Summary:
The Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the DesleeClama Quality Systems, under the direction of the Quality Manager.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring adherence to an established quality standard
Observation of yardage produced for visible defects and performing tests on samples, subsequent data collection and analysis
Assist in the preparation and development of training materials and quality guidelines
Maintain (and upgrade) documented system procedures and specifications
Position

Essential Skills and
Experience:
Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree (in a related field) preferred
Minimum 5 years QC/QA experience
Minimum 5 years industrial manufacturing background
Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
Extensive ISO 9001-2008 knowledge
Certified Auditor preferred
Compensation: $35,000-$50,000 annually, dependent on skills/experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
