As a Shift Lead at Taco Bell, your position will be an important part for the restaurant's leadership team. Shift Leads assist on training new Team Members and working shifts to ensure that it will run efficiently. Being a Shift Lead is an important stepping stone to being promoted to become an Assistant Manager. Major responsibilities include training and motivating new and old Team Members, interact with customers, and manage customer issues while maintaining the highest quality of products and services. Shift Leads also need to monitor all service equipment and supplies during their shift and make sure that everything is in working condition. Shift Leaders direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure they are highly satisfied. Shift Leaders act as quality control, training employees, and adhering to company policy. Shift Leaders make sure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, stocking supplies, handling cash and credit cards, cleaning tables and counters, greeting guests, and answering questions.
Looking for candidates with a a friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteous and quick to help get repeat customers. Long, buy days on your feet are typical of this position. Being a team player is essential! Shift Leaders will have to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
