Job Description
Key Functions:
Manage daily operations in Production areas.
Supervise and develop 6-8 direct reports. 24/7 operation. Union plant.
Help establish budgets and manage spending to meet targets in all areas of responsibility.
Ensure that production equipment is properly maintained.
Interface with internal and external engineering resources and planning.
Support new product development. Interact with Corporate Product Development.
Ensure that production operations and systems are being run in accordance with documented procedures.
Maintain a safe work environment and appropriate housekeeping methods.
Resolve any disagreements with the Union (first level in grievance process)
Develop and/or maintain optimum use and compliance across all manufacturing processes.
Interfaces with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Finishing Departments to resolve issues and coordinate events and support
Must Haves
Bachelors Degree desired. Will consider Associates Degree with applicable experience.
2-5 yrs min manufacturing experience in consumer products.
Able to work multiple-rotating shifts.
Knowledge with materials and preparation processes.
Strong team management skills-training, developing & goal setting.
Strong communication skills. Promotable type.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
