Construction Project Manager
Seeking an experienced Project Manager for new building & renovation construction projects. Candidate will be responsible for the overall construction of projects assigned. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the design professionals, consultants and client while successfully directing the Site Superintendent & other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This individual will work closely with consultants, owners, architects, onsite project superintendents and subcontractors to fulfill an integral role on the project.
Candidate must be a professional and personable leader committed to the overall objective.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
