Business Systems Analyst
Contributes to business and technical analysis to determine technical feasibility. Delivers reliable high performance applications and technical services. Recommends business solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, reviewing system capabilities and/or writing detailed specifications. Translates business requirements into functional specifications. Enhances systems, processes, and policies by evaluating current design and recommending modifications. Identifies problems and revises procedures. Prepares technical reports to summarize results and or trends. Creates and maintains documentation, materials and tools for vendors. Assists in user training and support. Protects the Company by handling business sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.
Skills/Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Visio.
Strong knowledge and experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle), including data mapping, data mining and query skills.
Develops test plans independently.
Takes on new tasks with minimal instruction and works well in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
