Are you an asset turnaround (T/A) specialist? Are you familiar with work processes? Our client is looking for an Outage Manager to lead the implementation of the Asset Turnaround Work Process (ATWP) for the Selkirk, NY site.

This is a full-time position paying $80,000-105,000 and offering a full benefits package including an incentive bonus, full medical/dental, 401K, tuition assistance, free health club, and professional advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
o Assess ATWP gaps and ensure continuous improvement of basic required elements, including development of enablers, tools, templates, and methods for high performance T/A
o Drive all elements and phases of the ATWP to achieve improved safety, asset availability, and cost for each T/A
o Develop line of sight to extending T/A intervals, and provide expertise to execute and document necessary actions
o Lead T/A planning and scheduling efforts to develop and archive effective T/A work plans and schedules, including potential risks and associated mitigation plans
o Coordinate development and execution of effective T/A EHS performance plan
o Collaborate with other SABIC-IP production facilities, share, and translate ATWP best practices across sites

The ideal candidate must have the following:
BS in Engineering or Project Management preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in Outage or T/A Management, Planning and Scheduling Leadership, Reliability Engineering Management, and/or Project Management experience required
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States

Desired Skills:
o Project or T/A management leadership with safe, on time, and on budget results
o Experience with planning and scheduling software
o In-depth understanding and ability to apply Reliability methodologies (RCM, RBI, RCA, Cost/Risk Optimization)
o In-depth understanding of chemical unit operations, process equipment, and technology
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Ability to motivate and influence others towards a shared objective
