Smartlink is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter in our Annapolis, MD office!
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the company is hiring the best possible talent.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruiting efforts for the company's corporate and satellite offices.
Recruit candidates using the internet, job boards, social and professional networking sites, employee referrals, job fairs, trade groups, etc.
Screen and qualify applicants on a time-sensitive basis.
Extend offers, negotiate, and close candidates for positions across the country.
Proactively and consistently build a database of qualified candidates.
Maintain relationships with and track potential candidates using the company applicant tracking system (ATS).
Lead college recruiting initiatives by attending career fairs, developing working relationships, delivering presentations, attending student group meetings, and increasing awareness within the universities.
Prepare recruiting and hiring reports.
Build relationships and trust with hiring managers, as well as assist hiring managers with resource planning, job description development, and interview approach.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide status updates, determine the effectiveness of resource plans, and provide recommendations on final selection of candidates.
Stay abreast of and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Meet or exceed corporate KPIs for Recruiting, including time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed and quality standards are met.
Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards at all times.

Job Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Proficient in the use of various candidate sources, including but not limited to job boards, social networking sites, job fairs, etc.
Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
3 years of experience as a successful recruiter.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel (Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
