Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a network support person to help with customer service in the office. This candidate would assist with phones, customer walk ups and updating our ticketing system. This candidate would also assist with activating network jacks and must possess the ability to do some basic network troubleshooting.
Roles:
Customer service skills to include phone support and ticket support: 50% work effort
Provide effective on-site networking support as needed: 30% work effort
Work with management tools, monitoring tools and testing tools: 10% work effort
Serve as a liaison between teams for network planning and connectivity: %10 work effort
Operating Systems:
Window 7: Intermediate - 1
years' experience required
Windows 8: Beginning - 1
years' experience required
Hardware:
Cisco router: Intermediate 1
years' experience required
Cisco Switches: Intermediate 1
