Responsibilities:
Lead and be fully accountable for all production test programs, working in close collaboration with personnel from Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to gather requirements and define appropriate test programs, fostering a customer-service driven environment
Direct, plan, develop, document, execute and report test program activities and results necessary to satisfy Federated Wireless goals
Work with Project Management to schedule, track, and resource all test programs
Manage budget, priorities, and timelines for all test programs
Oversee, direct, and participate with test personnel in scheduling and selection of off-site commercial and government test facilities and ranges
Specify, select, and source hardware, software, ancillary equipment and contract labor resources required to support test programs
Participate in test activities at laboratory, government, commercial facilities and ranges.
Manage test data collection and developing metrics from collected test data to improve test procedures.
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance Federated Wireless's products and services
Develop and validate automated test environments
Develop and presenting test reports to customer representatives
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience receiving products from a lab environment and delivering these products to internal or external customers for commercial use
Expert in field test methodology and in measurement test configuration design (test equipment configurations, drive route selection, etc.)
Expert in analysis and interpretation of test data (data integrity analysis, statistical analysis, data modeling, etc.)
Solid understanding of RF testing principles with the ability to use and program Network Vector Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, etc.
Solid understanding of 4G LTE network architecture and protocolsExperience with LTE network planning and network optimization highly desired
Experience with small cells and in-building wireless systems desired
Experience in developing and documenting detailed test plans and procedures based on an established design and requirements.
Experience preparing, planning and performing Government field tests is desired
Minimum of 8 years of field test engineering experience and at least 3 years of field test management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-complexity wireless service provider environment.
BS degree in Electric Engineering or related field required, MS desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, experience with public speaking and customer meetings desire

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
