LEGAL Case Coordinator - Worker's Compensation

Scope of Work:
As, Case Coordinator, your duties and obligations will include the following: schedule appointments, handle client case files (up to 250
clients), answer phone calls/make customer service calls to clients, act a liaison between client, attorney, insurance company, keep accurate records of client expenses, complete attorney dictation by dedicated deadline, prepare files for attorney review and hearings, maintain client files in a neat and orderly fashion, file issues on claims, log incoming/outgoing mail and files, prepare settlement and/or appeal paperwork on claims, prepare exhibits for hearings, set up independent medical evaluations for clients, pull files for hearings and appointments by dedicated deadline, fulfill weekly performance requirements, assist with attorney appointments, if necessary, and other duties as assigned by attorneys and/or supervisor.
Legal experience is preferred but not necessary in this position
Hourly rate $19-20 but is negotiable depending upon experience and expertise in the area of practice
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
