THIS POSITION IS A SALES POSITION -- LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE PHONE CALLS AND BRING IN BUSINESS FROM YOUR OWN EFFORTS. YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT IN YOUR ABILITY TO BE SUCCESSFUL
TV, direct mail and Telemarketing--- NO COLD CALLING! Leads are distributed through our online lead portal that you can access 24/7. Best leads and lead system in the industry.
You are the first responder and will be able to cultivate leads generated through the system.
Interested responders will return the direct mail lead piece, or phone in to our call center to have an agent call/meet with them. They know what they are responding to.
ADDITIONAL POSITION INFORMATION:
Requires a desire to work in a commission and performance based environment. Position is commission with residuals.
Outstanding communication skills required -- verbal and written
Will need to be able to establish personal goals that are consistent with agency goals and devise a daily strategy to meet those goals
Will need to be able to overcome objections, ask for the business, and complete the appropriate applications, follow-up on service, and assist with client questions - multi-tasking is a must
Requires great attitude with high-energy personality
Availability: There are very LIMITED openings due to our exclusive leads system. We limit the number of representatives in a determined area to insure maximum coverage and profitability of our representatives. The state requires our representatives to have a current Life & Health insurance license. If you are currently not licensed, you may still be eligible in this area for this opportunity. We will assist you in the easiest way to obtain this license.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
