DEKA offers Internships for full time students (must be at least 18 years of age). Internships last a minimum of 10 weeks, 12 preferred, and summer internships are to begin no later than June 15, 2015.
Job Description:
Design, Develop and Validate software tools to be used for the Engineering Validation Testing (EVT) of a medical device.
Develop and integrate control systems for multiple fixtures.
Perform exploratory testing as dictated by the engineering team.
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering program
Must have a working knowledge of both mechanics and software.
Experience with Python, Excel and Autodesk Inventor
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter eager to contribute in a team environment
Must be detail oriented
