POSITION: Customer Project Leader
LOCATION: Middleton, Wisconsin (Madison Area)
SALARY: 75-85K

Experience: 3-5 Years Experience working with customers on product design, innovation and solutions
RELOCATION: Assistance Available.
This is a unique role which aligns the manufacturing company with their customers on development and design of solutions for their long term needs.
This leader will work cross-functionally within all areas of manufacturing and development to customers through project management and assuring timelines are met.
This position will function with Design/Development is to improve the design and development of existing products via process improvement and technological innovation and development of new products that create value for Company and its customers.
Know and apply written safety procedures and take appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment within established standards and guidelines
Project Management: Engineers will manage and coordinate major projects.
Prepare and manage time lines to track projects from start to completion.
Communications: Write technical reports, projects updates, trip reports, qualification guidelines, procedures, give oral presentations, etc. Interpersonal
Skills: Must interface well with all levels of management including plant managers, sales, corporate personnel as well as customer and supplier technical representatives.
Will work on projects in a team environment.
Group Interaction: Interface with other Technology Center employees to provide support to our customers.
Development: Work with company, suppliers and customers to develop improvements in current packages and package manufacturing processes.
Buy Off: Work with other groups (Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Systems) to buy off new equipment
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Packaging, Science, Biology, etc.)
Experience: Three-five years experience or an equivalent combination of experience and educationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
