Electronics Remarketing Operations Supervisor
This is a Second Shift Opportunity working 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday through Thursday
Are you motivated, organized, professional, & fun? Dynamic Recycling is seeking a supervisor to lead a group of high tech professionals to meet the needs of the division, while maintaining an atmosphere of efficiency and fun!
Location: La Crosse, WI
Purpose &
Summary: The primary duty of this position is to act as a working Supervisor in our Remarketing department. Major responsibilities are to supervise over a group of Remarketing Support and Tech professionals, maintain the production plan, write performance evaluations, and handle day to day shop duties while assisting in the production of the division. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Supervision of a work group
General Remarketing Support work
Performance Management
Forklift
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of previous leadership experience required. Associate's Degree in Management or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Knowledge:
Warehouse safety protocol
Microsoft Office Applications
Basic computer components
Skills:
Scheduling and work assignment
Strong problem solving
High level of integrity
Strong verbal and written communication
Basic computer skills
Hand tool usage
Abilities:
Work independently as well as part of a team
Adapt in a work environment with frequent change
Multi-tasking
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to obtain a forklift license.
Preferred
Qualifications: Knowledge of supply requisition, inventory tracking, and computer hardware and software analysis. Forklift experience preferred.
