Documentation Specialist
Description:
Responsible for supporting the documentation requirements of Proposal Specialists, Project Coordinators and Project Managers
Generate/create the final documentation package. Including required manufacturing records, certifications, inspection releases, etc.
Maintain hardcopy and electronic documentation as required
Track and collect on all Accounts Receivable
Assist Proposal Specialists as necessary
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Word
Manufacturing background is a big plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
