Window Cleaning Technician/Carpet Cleaning Technician
Window Cleaning Tech position available for responsible, self motivated, team player, with solid communication skills
You will be serving customers at their homes and businesses and selling/providing products and services. .
. Experienced candidates are STRONGLY preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. We also clean carpets, tile, build and repair window screens and screen doors, and pressure wash. Compensation depends on experience. Compensation varies depending on experience. $10-$25/hour, plus bonuses and commissions available. Extremely qualified candidates can expect to make $40K-$50K/year.
Job Description:
- Allow a thorough background check and drug test if needed
- Reliable Transportation and a valid drivers CA license
- Speak fluent English
- Punctuality a MUST!
- No fear of heights
- Practice high levels of customer respect
- Work well within a team environment
- Wear the proper uniform each day
- Keep facial hair neatly trimmed
- Cleanliness to company uniforms
- Care for company property (including tools, vehicles, and equipment)
- Clean windows, operate power wash equipment, climb ladders, etc.
- Good communication skills with clients
- Practice safety around pressure washer, ladders, and other inherently dangerous aspects of the jobEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
