My name is Chrys and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lanham-Seabrook, MD Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
Responsible for the entire acquisition and administration of subcontract requirements, including those of a complex technical nature and/or large dollar potential.

Responsibilities:
Participates with management in continuous improvement activities that ensure compliance with Government and corporate policies and procedures.
May be responsible for such varied contractual arrangements as consultant agreements, equipment maintenance and the leasing of real property or personal property.
Assists in the training of Headquarters and/or field site personnel.
Maintains regular interface with subcontractors, including subcontractors' management.
Possesses and applies a detailed knowledge of subcontract concepts, practices, procedures and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
Demonstrates the ability to evaluate contractual issues/problems and to develop alternative solutions.
Effective negotiation skills.
Detailed knowledge and application of price/cost analysis and cost principles.
5
years of applicable procurement experience/contract administration is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
